The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging, and the store contingent on the individual product.
What is the processing time?
The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests to ensure the product's quality before shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 24 hours of the business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
*If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping time: Generally, for Global Shipping, it will take 10-25 business days for your orders to reach you. For US Local Products, it will be delivered in 3-7 business days for most US, some distance area might take a bit longer.
Note:
· In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may not be available. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
· Orders cannot be delivered to PO BOX addresses or to islands or territories.
· In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
· If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We can not change your shipping address after we ship your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please do so within 24 hours.

For USA, CA, UK, EU, AU, NZ, SG and MX orders, All duties and taxes are included in the purchase price, no extra fees on delivery.
About USA import tax:
For all orders to the USA, the displayed price already encompasses VAT and duties. We handle tax settlements with authorities on behalf of our customers, eliminating the need for buyers to pay VAT and customs clearance fees charged by the transporter.
About IOSS and European Union VAT:
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) simplifies VAT obligations for businesses selling imported goods to EU buyers. Complying with new EU VAT laws, we are integrated into the IOSS system. For EU countries, the displayed price already covers VAT and duties, and we manage tax settlements with authorities, relieving customers from paying VAT and customs clearance fees.
About UK VAT:
Since establishing our presence in the UK, we've registered our business in compliance with UK VAT laws. For all orders to the UK, the displayed price already encompasses VAT and duties. We handle tax settlements with authorities on behalf of our customers, eliminating the need for buyers to pay VAT and customs clearance fees charged by the transporter.
Incorrect import tax collecting:
For orders to USA, CA, UK, EU, AU, NZ, SG and MX, if you encounter a situation where FedEx is collecting important tax from you, know they can sometimes make mistakes. All taxes should be handled by us. If this happened to you, please contact us to resolve it.
For the rest of the world:
You have to settle your tax and duties with FedEx when you receive your order.
What is dispatch date?
At GRAMS28, our highly demanded products are crafted in small batches to maintain quality. The dispatch date is an estimate, as handmade items require meticulous attention.
While we strive to ship on time. If your order hasn't shipped by the estimated date, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing transparent updates on your order status.
What happens if I have both in-stock and pre-order items in my order?
Your entire order will be shipped together once everything is ready. However, if you'd like to receive certain items separately, we can arrange that at an extra shipping cost.
Order shipped to wrong address:
We cannot assume responsibility for failed delivery attempts due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Any additional costs incurred to salvage your shipment in such cases will be your responsibility. Please ensure the accuracy of your address information to avoid any issues with the shipping of your order.
What IF I REJECT THE SHIPMENT?
We recognize the impact of duties and taxes on your purchasing decisions and strive to minimize these costs for the best international shipping experience.
Non-compliance with fee payments will lead to order cancellation and a refund, deducting the initial shipping, return shipping fees, a $10 handling fee, and any related expenses or penalties.
For example, with a total payment of $110 ($100 for items + $10 shipping), the return shipping fee is $14, the customs penalty is $12 and the handling fee is $10 you will receive a refund of $64 ($110 - $10 - $14 - $12 - $10).
